Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Positive Space Media’s public informational website and do not replace a signed agreement for services, employment, licensing, production, or another relationship.
- Scope
- These terms address the public website as it currently exists: public pages, articles, locally delivered media, interactive visual features, search, and email links. Product concepts and future capabilities described on the site are not necessarily available.

Application and acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use the public website made available by Positive Space Media (“PSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). To the extent enforceable after legally sufficient notice and assent under applicable law, they form an agreement concerning that website between PSM and the person using it. If you use the website for an organization, you represent only that you are authorized to act for that organization with respect to the use you undertake. If you do not agree, do not continue using the website.
A proposal, statement of work, client agreement, license, release, employment document, purchase order, nondisclosure agreement, platform-specific terms, or other instrument may govern a separate relationship. If an express provision of a valid, enforceable agreement conflicts with these Terms for its subject matter, that agreement controls. These Terms do not enlarge a party’s rights in confidential information, work product, payment, deliverables, or services under another agreement, and they do not displace obligations or status that applicable law recognizes from the parties’ conduct or circumstances.
The date above marks this version’s update and is not a retroactive effective date. We do not assert that merely continuing to browse after a change constitutes consent to a materially new obligation where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement. The Updates section explains how revisions operate.
Public website purpose and scope
The website introduces PSM, presents editorial and institutional material, describes areas of interest and contemplated initiatives, and provides routes for contacting relevant functions. Its interactive globe, maps, diagrams, labels, timelines, and ecosystem language communicate a narrative or organizational framework. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, those features are not operational dashboards, audited metrics, surveyed boundaries, guarantees of presence, or commitments to undertake activity in a particular place.
The audited public deployment provides no public login, payment checkout, newsletter submission, or user marketplace. It contains public informational content and articles, locally hosted media or video, browser-resident interface preferences, local public-content search, and mailto links. Private operator or Drive-based authoring used to produce a deployment snapshot is outside the public visitor experience and does not give readers access to those systems.
Informational and editorial use; no professional advice
Website content is general informational, editorial, and institutional material. It may express analysis, opinion, creative direction, forecasts, aspirations, or commentary and may be incomplete, time-sensitive, or contested. It is not individualized medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax, accounting, engineering, employment, or legal advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified professional who can assess your facts, jurisdiction, objectives, and risks.
Nothing on the website is an offer to sell securities, solicit an investment, lend money, provide insurance, form an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship, provide healthcare, or supply another regulated service. No page guarantees returns, outcomes, market entry, funding, distribution, publication, audience, public benefit, or regulatory approval. Readers are responsible for their own evaluation and independent advice before acting.
Editorial coverage, source attribution, links, criticism, and discussion of third parties do not necessarily signify endorsement or a commercial relationship. Sponsored, commissioned, client, or partner material should be identified when applicable; editorial judgment is not for sale merely because PSM may also conduct commercial work. Any specific commercial engagement requires mutually accepted terms, and editorial references alone do not create one.
Intellectual property
The website and original selection, arrangement, text, graphics, audiovisual material, interactive presentation, software, and design elements are owned by PSM or made available with permission, except where attribution or context indicates third-party ownership. Copyright, trademark, database, publicity, contractual, and other laws may protect those materials. Ownership of the website does not transfer merely because it is publicly accessible.
Subject to these Terms, PSM permits you to access the public website and make ordinary, temporary browser copies for personal, educational, research, journalistic, or internal business evaluation. You may quote and link to material to the extent permitted by law, with accurate attribution and without implying endorsement. No provision narrows fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, news reporting, accessibility, reverse-engineering, interoperability, or another nonwaivable statutory exception.
Uses beyond applicable exceptions—such as republishing a substantial article, distributing production assets, using footage in advertising, merchandising artwork, or commercial syndication—may require permission from the relevant rights holder. Contact the licensing address with the exact material, intended media, territory, duration, and context. PSM cannot license third-party material merely because it appears on the website.
Trademarks, names, and attribution
PSM names, logos, slogans, and source identifiers may be trademarks or protected designations. You may use words reasonably necessary to refer truthfully to PSM, identify the source of a quotation, report news, comment, compare, or request compatibility, subject to applicable law. You may not use a name or mark in a way likely to confuse people about source, sponsorship, certification, affiliation, or endorsement.
Third-party names, marks, photographs, excerpts, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance may be descriptive, nominative, editorial, licensed, or otherwise lawful and does not imply that the owner sponsors PSM. Preserve copyright notices and material attribution when reusing content under permission or a legal exception, and do not fabricate an endorsement.
Permitted use
You may browse, search, link to, print, or save reasonable portions of public pages for lawful personal, research, educational, accessibility, journalistic, due-diligence, or internal organizational purposes. Public indexing by conventional search engines and proportionate retrieval for citation or discovery may be permissible where consistent with technical controls and law. Permission is limited to the website material and does not grant access to private systems, unpublished files, contact databases, or source material.
Any permission under these Terms is non-exclusive, limited, revocable where law permits, and does not authorize resale of the website, removal of rights notices, a confusing mirror, or use of PSM’s identity as your own. If your proposed use is commercial, systematic, high-volume, or likely to substitute for the website or a licensable work, request written permission rather than assuming ordinary browsing permission covers it.
Misuse and prohibited conduct
Do not use the website unlawfully or in a manner that materially disrupts it, harms others, or defeats reasonable technical controls. Restrictions are intended to protect systems, people, editorial independence, and rights—not to prohibit good-faith criticism, competition, accessibility research, security reporting, or conduct that law expressly allows.
- Do not obtain or attempt unauthorized access to nonpublic systems, accounts, storage, source materials, credentials, or personal information.
- Do not introduce malware, destructive instructions, denial-of-service traffic, credential attacks, spam, or deceptive messages, and do not conceal harmful activity behind automated agents.
- Do not impersonate PSM or another person, falsify message routing or attribution, or state or imply a relationship, endorsement, job offer, investment opportunity, or authorization that does not exist.
- Do not scrape, crawl, download, or query at a volume or frequency that unreasonably burdens infrastructure, circumvents an access control, ignores applicable machine-readable restrictions, or creates a privacy or security risk.
- Do not use website content or contact details to harass, discriminate unlawfully, infringe rights, market unlawfully, build unauthorized dossiers, or facilitate fraud.
Automated access, AI, and text and data mining
Automated retrieval must be proportionate, lawful, consistent with published technical controls, and respectful of availability, privacy, source rights, and attribution. Do not bypass rate limits, gates, robots instructions, authentication, or other controls; reconstruct unpublished datasets; or collect personal contact details for unsolicited outreach. A conventional search index excerpt or limited research quotation is different from bulk replication or a competing content product.
Absent written permission or a legal exception, you may not use substantial website content to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, or commercialize a generative or machine-learning model where that use reproduces protected expression, removes attribution, exposes personal information, substitutes for the original, or violates applicable rights. These Terms do not purport to prohibit noninfringing computational analysis that applicable law affirmatively permits. Licensing requests should explain the corpus, model purpose, outputs, safeguards, and commercial context.
Emails, submissions, and confidential material
The current contact links open ordinary email; there is no public upload portal. For an unsolicited communication that you choose to send through a website-listed address, you retain ownership of your material and give PSM only the limited, non-exclusive permission reasonably necessary to receive, route, review, reproduce internally, and respond to that communication and administer the interaction you requested. This permission lasts only as needed for those purposes and associated lawful records, is subject to applicable privacy and confidentiality duties, and is not a blanket perpetual license to publish or commercialize your ideas. A client, source, candidate, employee, contractor, or licensor communication governed by a separate agreement, notice, or duty remains governed by it.
Ordinary unsolicited email is not a secure submission channel and, by itself, does not create confidentiality, fiduciary, source-protection, employment, representation, partnership, or compensation obligations. Do not send an unreleased pitch, trade secret, screenplay, confidential source identity, personal dossier, exploit code, password, financial credential, medical record, or other sensitive material unless an authorized recipient has agreed in advance to an appropriate process. Existing client, source, employment, licensing, privacy, and confidentiality rights or duties—whether established by agreement or applicable law—remain unaffected.
For an unsolicited website communication, you represent that you are the sender or are authorized by the sender, have authority to provide the material for the stated purpose, and do not thereby unlawfully disclose another person’s information or infringe rights. That representation is limited by nonwaivable law and does not transfer ownership. PSM may decline, delete, preserve, or refer a message as reasonably appropriate and consistent with applicable privacy, confidentiality, source, and contractual duties. We are not required to accept, review, develop, publish, return, or compensate an unsolicited proposal.
Corrections, complaints, and editorial integrity
We welcome specific notices of material factual error, rights concerns, accessibility barriers, or attribution problems. A notice should identify the page, statement or asset, basis for the concern, supporting source where appropriate, and a reliable reply address. Sending a notice does not guarantee removal, correction, a particular label, or a response; PSM may investigate, seek context, preserve editorial independence, and act in accordance with applicable law and standards.
Opinion is not transformed into fact merely because a reader disagrees, and an update does not necessarily imply the original publication was wrongful. PSM may correct, clarify, append an editor’s note, update, restrict, or remove material where appropriate. Commercial relationships, advertising interests, partnership discussions, and threats to withhold business do not entitle a person to dictate independent editorial outcomes.
External links and third-party material
The website may link to external sources for citation, context, convenience, or further reading. External sites are controlled by their operators and can change without notice. A link does not incorporate their terms into these Terms, guarantee accuracy or availability, or establish endorsement. When you follow a link, you are responsible for reviewing the destination’s terms, privacy practices, accessibility, and security.
PSM does not control transactions, communications, downloads, tracking, content, or harm arising solely from an independently operated destination. This allocation does not release PSM from its own wrongful conduct or override nonwaivable privacy, consumer-protection, negligence, or other rights. If a link appears broken, unsafe, misattributed, or misleading, report the exact URL and page to the legal contact. We may retain a link where its editorial or evidentiary relevance outweighs a concern and law permits.
Media, licensed content, and likenesses
Photographs, video, audio, graphics, quotations, wire or source material, and other media may be original, commissioned, licensed, supplied, public-domain, or used under a lawful exception. Rights can differ by asset and territory. A credit identifies a source but is not itself a license to reuse. Likewise, downloading a locally hosted media file does not grant production, broadcast, advertising, merchandising, dataset, or model-training rights.
References to or depictions of people, organizations, places, products, and events may be editorial and do not establish participation or endorsement. Publicity, privacy, copyright, moral, and trademark rights may independently apply. A rights holder seeking a correction, credit change, takedown review, or license should identify the specific asset and basis of the request; knowingly false claims may themselves cause harm.
Ecosystem language, maps, and forward-looking material
Terms such as ecosystem, platform, infrastructure, market, node, current, formation, momentum, or institution may describe themes, frameworks, ambitions, or relationships rather than legal entities, securities, facilities, franchises, subsidiaries, deployed technology, or completed projects. Maps, geographic points, animated routes, dimensions, and visual scales may be conceptual and should not be used for navigation, surveying, emergency response, regulatory boundaries, or investment decisions.
Statements about future plans, opportunities, growth, impact, launches, partnerships, or reach involve uncertainty. Actual decisions and outcomes may differ, and PSM undertakes no general duty through these Terms to update every forward-looking statement. No reader should interpret aspirational language as a binding promise, warranty, factual assertion of present operations, or invitation to invest.
Communications and role-specific inquiries
Selecting a mailto link generally opens your email application; nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. You are responsible for checking the recipient, attachments, and content. PSM may route a message to the internal function reasonably associated with its subject and may reply through email. Delivery and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed because sender and recipient providers and networks participate in transmission.
Use press@positivespacemedia.com for press matters, careers@positivespacemedia.com for candidate communications, partnerships@positivespacemedia.com for partnership inquiries, and licensing@positivespacemedia.com for rights requests. An unsolicited message ordinarily invites discussion and does not by itself establish acceptance of a proposal or contract formation. Commitments concerning confidentiality, employment, investment, procurement, publication, licensing, representation, services, or payment require valid notice, assent, and actual authority in the form required by applicable law; these Terms do not negate obligations or status that a controlling agreement or law recognizes from conduct or other circumstances.
Careers and no offer of employment
Career pages and role descriptions are informational and may be changed, paused, filled, or withdrawn. They are not promises that a vacancy remains open, that every applicant will be interviewed, or that any stated responsibility, location, compensation concept, schedule, benefit, or reporting line will apply. No website statement or ordinary recruiting email is an employment offer.
A website listing or ordinary recruiting message does not, standing alone, establish employment or independent-contractor status. Any offer or engagement should be confirmed by a person with actual authority and through the documentation and conditions appropriate to the relationship, subject always to applicable law—including law that determines worker status or recognizes obligations from the parties’ actual conduct regardless of labels or writing. Candidates should submit only requested professional information and should never pay a fee, purchase equipment, transfer funds, or disclose account credentials based solely on an unsolicited message claiming to be from PSM. Report suspected impersonation to the legal contact.
Future products, services, and transactions
The website may preview or discuss products, programs, publications, memberships, tools, partnerships, services, or commercial models that are not launched or available. Descriptions may change, and no availability date, feature set, territory, price, eligibility, integration, outcome, or support level is promised. Joining an interest conversation does not reserve capacity or bind either party.
If PSM later offers accounts, subscriptions, payments, user content, licensed software, events, or professional services, separate product terms, privacy disclosures, order documents, eligibility conditions, and fees may apply. Those future terms must be presented through the relevant transaction; these public-site Terms do not silently authorize charges, recurring billing, content exploitation, or new personal-data practices.
Availability and changes to the website
We may maintain, revise, relocate, suspend, restrict, or discontinue public pages and features. Content may be cached, archived, delayed, unavailable, or rendered differently across devices. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free code, preservation of a particular URL, compatibility with every browser or assistive configuration, or continued availability of any article, asset, contact route, or interactive experience.
You are responsible for your connection, browser, device, and any charges imposed by your providers. We may use proportionate technical measures to protect availability, comply with law, or address misuse. Where feasible, good-faith researchers and accessibility users should contact us before undertaking activity that may resemble an attack or materially burden the service.
Responsible security reporting
Send a concise security report to legal@positivespacemedia.com, including the affected public URL, observed behavior, potential impact, and safe reproduction steps. Do not include live malware, working credentials, unnecessary personal information, or data taken from another person. Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before public disclosure where doing so is safe and lawful.
A report does not authorize access to private systems, social engineering, phishing, persistence, destructive testing, denial of service, high-volume automation, exfiltration, alteration of data, or testing of third-party services without their permission. PSM does not through these Terms promise a bounty, payment, immunity, response deadline, or blanket safe harbor. Nothing prevents a person from engaging in conduct protected by applicable law, and we may consider good faith and proportionality when evaluating a report.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PSM DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, ACCURATE FOR YOUR PURPOSE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
This disclaimer does not exclude an express written warranty in a separate agreement or any warranty, consumer guarantee, or remedy that applicable law makes nonwaivable. Information may come from sources believed useful but can contain errors or later developments. You assume responsibility for evaluating website material, maintaining appropriate device protections, and obtaining professional advice before consequential decisions.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PSM AND PERSONS INVOLVED IN PROVIDING THE WEBSITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE PUBLIC WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS GENERAL INFORMATION, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, which may include liability for PSM’s own fraud, willful or wrongful conduct, gross or other legally nonwaivable negligence, certain personal injury, privacy violations, or violation of mandatory consumer rights depending on jurisdiction. They do not release PSM from responsibility that applicable law assigns for its own acts or omissions. We do not invent a fixed monetary cap where no verified commercial bargain establishes one. A valid separate agreement may allocate risk differently for its services or deliverables and will control within its scope to the extent enforceable.
Restriction of access and survival
PSM may use proportionate measures to restrict access that violates these Terms, threatens security or availability, infringes rights, or exposes PSM or others to material risk. Restriction of a public-site session does not terminate rights or obligations under an independent signed agreement unless that agreement so provides. We may preserve evidence and contact providers or authorities where reasonably necessary and lawful.
Upon cessation of permitted website use, permissions granted solely under these Terms end, except for copies lawfully retained under an exception or separate permission. Provisions concerning ownership, submissions already handled, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and any term that by its nature should continue will survive to the extent applicable.
Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. This public draft does not designate an unverified state of formation, principal office, exclusive governing jurisdiction, or venue. Mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility, speech, and other protections may apply based on the parties and circumstances regardless of a contractual choice.
The absence of a chosen law in these Terms does not alter a valid choice-of-law clause in a separate signed agreement. Questions about the law governing a specific client, licensing, employment, supplier, or production relationship must be resolved under the instrument and facts applicable to that relationship.
Questions and disputes
Before filing a website-related claim, a party is encouraged, but not required where law preserves immediate relief or a filing deadline, to send a concise notice to legal@positivespacemedia.com. The notice should identify the page or conduct, relevant dates, requested resolution, and a reply address. Informal discussion may resolve misunderstandings without unnecessary cost.
These Terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an invented exclusive forum, or a shortened limitation period. The forum, procedures, and remedies for an unresolved dispute are determined by applicable law and any controlling separate agreement. Either party may seek urgent or protective relief when legally available, and nothing in these Terms prevents reporting a concern to a competent authority.
Accessibility
PSM aims to make public information usable by a broad audience, but interactive visuals and third-party destinations can present varying experiences. If you encounter a barrier, contact the general or legal address and identify the page, device or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so, the task you were trying to complete, and a preferred accessible format. Do not include disability or medical details unnecessary to address the barrier.
We may provide information through an alternative method while evaluating a technical correction. This statement is not a certification against a particular standard or a waiver of rights or defenses. External sites have their own accessibility practices, though a specific problem with how PSM links or describes external content may still be reported.
Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect verified website changes, law, or operations. The updated date identifies the version published. Revised terms govern use occurring after appropriate publication or notice; they do not retroactively rewrite completed conduct or a separate signed agreement. If a change requires affirmative agreement under applicable law, we will seek it through an appropriate mechanism rather than relying solely on passive browsing.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it should be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain effective, unless doing so would defeat the essential bargain. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a general waiver. Headings aid navigation but do not narrow the text. These Terms and expressly incorporated notices state the public-site understanding, subject to controlling separate agreements.
Contact information
Questions about these Terms, website misuse, legal notices, or security reports may be sent to legal@positivespacemedia.com. Licensing and reuse inquiries may be sent to licensing@positivespacemedia.com. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@positivespacemedia.com, and accessibility feedback may be sent to info@positivespacemedia.com. Use the role address best matched to the issue and include only information necessary for routing and review.
These email addresses do not represent a physical office, registered agent, or universal method for formal service of process. Email delivery is not guaranteed, and an automated or individual acknowledgment does not concede jurisdiction, liability, confidentiality, contract formation, or the merits of a demand.
